To use the Stratus On-Demand Interpreting App, you must sign up for a corporate account. Please contact customer service or your sales representative to activate your account and interpreting options. Once this has been completed, you will be given a video phone number and password to log in. You can use this Stratus account on all devices and platforms, including Mac/PC, iPad, iPhone, and Android Smartphones/Tablets, but you’ll only be able to log into your account on one device at a time.
Please note: Stratus Video cannot support individual accounts for personal VRI use at this time.
