The Implementation Process
The Stratus Video Implementation Team uses a holistic approach to get you up and running with our services. We understand that installing equipment and services in a healthcare environment requires more than just shipping and receiving. It requires cooperation from your IT, Marketing/Communication, Support, Training and Language Services resources. Our goal is to use our extensive experience to collaborate with your teams, resulting in an effective and comprehensive solution that you can rely on.
What makes us unique?
When a product implementation is assigned to the Stratus Video Project Management team, you will be assigned a PMP® certified project manager. The PMP is the gold standard of project management certification. Every Stratus Video project manager has been certified by the Project Management Institute to ensure that your team has a quality, professional experience.
Our focus on quality begins with a custom-tailored solution for your organization.
We can provide the following services:
- Pre-implementation site visit including equipment and logistics assessments.
- Evaluation of your support material needs for staff and patient awareness.
- Coordination of technical discussions with our Solution engineers and your technical teams, including site pre-qualifications.
Who knows your staff better than you? We will work closely with your team to develop an effective training plan including support materials, conference room teaching, rounding, demonstrations, and Q&A sessions.

- Quick reference guides
- Language Lists
- Staff Badges
- Phone and iPad Labels
Once your equipment or service is fully implemented, your Project Manager will draft a Project Closure Report for review with you and your dedicated Account Manager. Your Account Manager will continue to provide quarterly audits and equipment assessments to ensure you have adequate device counts and that each device is being effectively utilized.
