Normally Stratus Audio calls are initiated by the healthcare provider. But what happens when your limited English proficiency patients need to call in to your facility? The Stratus Audio Patient Line is a dedicated patient line for your Spanish speaking patients. When they need to call your facility, the patient line will connect them with a Stratus Audio interpreter first. The patient will be greeted in Spanish on behalf of your facility. Together, the patient and the interpreter will be transferred to your main hospital switchboard, and the interpreter will remain on the line for communication assistance.
